Do
you only produce e-Brochures for the property market?
No. Whilst
the majority of our business comes from the commercial property sector,
we have also produced e-Brochures for hospitals, catering facilities,
schools, business centres, restaurants, bars, landmarks and hotels.
Most of the answers below relate to commercial property, but can be
easily applied to any location.
Are there any hidden costs with an Instant Fusion e-Brochure?
The e-Brochure
has been designed as an all-inclusive product to include all of your
property details on one easy to navigate web page. Everything is included
in the price, the only extra costs occur if you require additional Virtual
Tour scenes, other than the standard four (or five in a deluxe e-Brochure),
and a hosting fee that becomes payable after nine months should you
wish to extend the e-Brochure's life further. Both these costs are optional
and minimal.
Is the Virtual Tour included in the price of the e-Brochure?
Yes, an Instant
Fusion e-Brochure includes a four scene Virtual Tour as standard, a deluxe
e-Brochure includes a larger sized five scene Virtual Tour. To learn more

What
is a Deluxe e-Brochure?
Whilst
the Instant Fusion e-Brochure has become the standard online marketing
tool for many agents, for larger properties the e-Brochure may be limiting
due to the amount of space provided for text. For this reason we introduced
the Deluxe e-Brochure to allow for more text to be included. The Deluxe
e-Brochure also includes a larger format Virtual Tour with five scenes
compared to the standard e-Brochure’s four.
How long does the e-Brochure take to create?
The e-Brochure
will be complete and online within three working days after the photographic
shoot for the Virtual Tour. This fast turnaround allows you to have
your e-Brochure live on the Internet and marketing your property in
a fraction of the time it would take to create a bespoke website or
printed brochure.
What is the procedure for shooting the Virtual Tour?

Can joint agent details be included along with our own?
Yes, we
can include up to three sets of full contact details, including company,
agents names, telephone numbers and hotlinked email addresses. Each
company’s logo will also feature, with links to their website.
Client logos and details can also be included.
How
easy is it to update the e-Brochure?
It is very
easy - all text details are updateable within the hour, allowing changes
to be immediately actioned and live on the brochure at no extra cost.
If the Virtual Tour becomes out of date due to floors being let or refurbishments
taking place, we can either remove scenes accordingly or arrange a re-shoot
to update the Virtual Tour.
How much text can I include?
You can
include up to six distinct and separate text sections each holding approximately
65 words each for a standard e-Brochure and 100 words with the Deluxe
e-Brochure. In addition each can be headed with your own text. A typical
selection includes ‘Introduction’, ‘Location’,
‘Floor sizes’, ‘Amenities’, ‘Costs’
and ‘Terms’ though all these titles are completely flexible
and can be customised to suit your needs.
Can
I include printable property details?
Yes, these
are linked directly from the e-Brochure. This facility allows viewers
to quickly and easily print off a physical copy of the details to take
away from their desk. They can be provided to us in any format, usually
as a PDF or Word document. If you have no printable details, we will be
happy to produce a Word document for you at no extra cost.
Can I include floor plans?
Yes, we can
link digital plans directly from the floor size text section to provide
a printable illustration of the floors available.
Is a location map included?
Yes, a pop-up
navigable map showing your location and the surrounding area is
included with your e-Brochure.
How does the ‘Arrange a Viewing’ feature work?
The 'Arrange
a Viewing' function is a pop up box that allows the visitor to leave
their contact details along with a convenient date and time for them
to view the property. All agent contacts on the e-Brochure will recieve
an email withese all these details via e-mail as soon as the visitor
has submitted their request.
How
do the Visitor Statistics work?
As soon as
your e-Brochure is live on the Internet the number of visits it receives
are recorded on a daily basis. If you require details of how effective

you with frequent updates upon request for no additional charge.
