Expansion leads to Instant Offices
relocation of its UK Headquarters
Instant Offices relocated its London Headquarters from Knightsbridge to Paddington back in July this year due to the continued success in all areas of the organisation which has led to expansion within the group. With good transport links and views of the nearby canal, together with more office space for all departments, the move to Paddington has created a more comfortable working environment.

Following a redesign of the office, a new suite of meeting rooms are available to host client meetings and internal training sessions, as well as break out areas for lunch and relaxation.

The Head Office relocation follows the move to new offices in Sydney earlier this year and the forthcoming relocation of our US office from New York to Miami, due to continued expansion within these markets.
Instant Charity Work
Instant Offices increases its involvement in charity work by undertaking three exciting projects that staff and associates will take part in.

Our first project is supporting Operation Christmas Child, enabling thousands of children in poverty across the world to have a Christmas present. The presents take the shape of a shoe box filled with toys, sweets, small items of clothing and toiletries which are then sent to children who are in need, in time for Christmas. We have also chosen to support the Friends of Chernobyl Children. This amazing charity allows children affected by the Chernobyl nuclear disaster in 1986 to experience a world that ordinarily they could not imagine. For more information visit: www.focc.org.uk.

Addition to the Corporate Team
Helena Burrows joined Instant Offices Group at the end of May, as Corporate Account Manager to further expand our corporate client base.

Helena joined the team from Regus, where she had progressed internally over the last 5 years from a Graduate Sales Manager to Corporate Account Manager.

Instant Offices Green Initiative
With an ever increasing focus on our environment, even serviced offices are now going green. This month we feature two centres, one built from scratch and one refurbished centre - the ultimate in recycling!

Innovate Green Office in Leeds is one of the first commercial office buildings to be designed and constructed with the environment in mind. As a result of many innovations such as utilising recycled products in construction, sourcing local sustainable products, low energy consumption and rainwater recycling for amenities, this centre has achieved the highest BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) rating of any building in the UK.

Secondly, The Office property on Gray's Inn Road in King's Cross is determined to be one of the greenest eco-friendly offices in London. This building benefits from a bio-diverse Green roof garden, made entirely from recycled aggregate and materials. It is accessible for clients to use as a break-out area with wireless internet and has London's only grey-to-green water recycling system that uses plant filtration. The recycled water flushes the toilets and along with rainwater harvesting, irrigates the roof garden.

In line with our desire to be eco-friendly, Instant Offices also recycle all paper, plastics and cans; purchase fair-trade products, as well as providing complimentary bicycles for the team to use instead of cars.
100,000 sq. ft of up take in the City
Instant Offices have been instrumental in the acquisition of over 100,000 sq. ft of serviced and managed space in the City and the immediate vicinity, over the last quarter.

The 100,000 sq. ft comprises four serviced office acquisitions, over three sites in the City, along with a large managed deal.

The occupancy rate in the City, within the serviced office market, has risen over the same period from 85 to 92%.
