By contracting Hyde Park Residence Limited to provide a concierge service for a luxury residential block, Developers engage the services of three decades of hotel style excellence.

Our fully trained and totally discrete Concierge staff offer local and London wide expertise and knowledge, as well as a friendly smile. Services covered within their normal duties for the block, include:

Meeting and greeting visitors
Receiving post and packages for residents
Hailing taxis
Ensuring the security of the development
Co-ordinating visitors, contractors and deliveries
and if appropriate, a parking and valet service.

More than a security or front desk service for the block however, our Concierge Personnel are also able to offer extended services to individual residents outside of the service charge. These include the hotel style services guests would expect in a high class hotel:
