CORGI is the National Watchdog for Gas Safety in the UK. Registration is now a legal requirement for businesses and self-employed people working on gas fittings or appliances. Hyde Park Residence has been a CORGI-registered installer since February 2003 and as such have undergone training and assessments not only about the technical know-how of specific appliances but also about safety.

The Heating and Ventilating Contractors' Association (HVCA) represents the interests of firms active in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration (hvacr) products and associated systems and equipment. Hyde Park Residence achieved member status in November 2002.

The Painting and Decorating Association seeks to uphold, promote and enhance the status and professional standards of its members and the Painting and Decorating industry. All members must comply with their code of practice and meet their high standards. Hyde Park Residence Limited became members in May 2003.

London Association of Master Decorators was founded in 1908 and recognises firms meeting excellent standards of service to the craft and trade of decorating. As a potential customer or client of an LAMD member, you can be sure of a reputable firm backed by the industry trade association. Hyde Park Residence Limited have been members since May 2003.
